About Me
My Journey So Far
I've worked in healthcare for 20 years. I qualified as a Clinical Psychologist in 2010, and I've been an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist since 2015.
I find it a pleasure and a privilege to bear witness to the strength it takes to let go of distress, to grow and transform, whilst working with someone.
I've primarily worked in mental health services and teams in the NHS and in the corporate arena. I've managed teams and have been instrumental in developing Clinical Governance structures and procedures, with an eye on safety and effectiveness.
I foster hope and a sense of safety through high-quality and effective interventions and support by providing bespoke psychological services driven by noticing gaps in clinical services and inadequate support for professionals.
"I can't express how grateful I am..."
"Caroline was able to identify the areas I needed to work on immediately. I felt I was able to trust her and her guidance straight away which allowed me to open up. We agreed a plan and took time to work through additional issues that were causing concern at the time. I appreciate Caroline’s straight talking, her openness with me, clear guidance/support, and also that even whilst working through such painful memories we were able to laugh too. As well as now having these additional tools, my thoughts are compartmentalised, allowing me to focus on my next chapter. I can’t express how grateful I am for the therapy I’ve had with Caroline and feel very lucky to have found her."
